Description of Services
Training
The Recognition Workshop is recommended for all employees, not just managers. The interactive training teaches people the skills and strategies they need to effectively recognize and motivate others. The action learning style provides a productive, fun, and comfortable learning environment. Participants walk away energized with new skills and an action plan for how they are going to incorporate recognition into their work and personal lives. Techniques can be applied immediately. For your convenience, the workshop is held on site at your location or meeting space in your area. The Recognition Workshop is a great morale booster and team building activity, too! Please read "Workshop FAQ" for more information. One on One Manager Coaching - Some managers prefer one-on-one recognition training so their specific questions and recognition challenges can be addressed in addition to the regular workshop content.

Program Design
Effective Recognition Consulting builds recognition
programs that meet the unique needs of each company, either by enhancing an
existing program or designing a new one. Our programs are designed to impact
the total employee base, not just a select handful of people as with most
programs.
Employee Recognition Surveys and Measurement
The Effectiveness Analysis is a tool developed by ERC that identifies recognition program strengths and areas of opportunity. It is a quick way for a company to learn if their program is on the right track. Employee Recognition Surveys are a valuable tool. Surveys provide candid employee feedback, a status check on the company culture and specific data on the effectiveness of the recognition platform. The results are analyzed and then utilized to make changes to improve the recognition platform. Conducted annually, surveys can help justify the cost and value of recognition to upper management.
Recognition Communications Planning
ERC partners with companies to create an Integrated Marketing Communications Plan to promote their recognition program: Website development, email, orientation materials, newsletters, direct mail, video and special events.
Team
Building
Many companies embrace teamwork as one of their guiding principles. Team Building sessions help build high performing teams. The action learning activities improve work process and performance by exposing individual behaviors and then guiding them constructively to accelerate performance. Team Building takes place on site at your work location by a trained facilitator.

Event Planning
ERC plans and
organizes Award Ceremonies and Recognition Events from the venue
selection to the Post Event Report. Every detail is taken care of so you and
your guests can enjoy the celebration.
